We would not know. You advertised a free breakfast, then posted a $28 fee for it. The receptionist advised us that the free breakfast was only for one guest in the party. We will not stay at another Courtyard and will be leary about your other establishments.

Our Marriott site provides that information to our booking guests. We partner with third-parties and they should provide the same information on their website. The hotel looks new on the outside… Entered the room and the room was extremely hot. The thermostat is obviously on a motion sensor. But it doesn’t maintain any normal type of temperature. The A/C turned on, so I went across the street to eat while the room cooled. I came back from eating and “yep” the A/C turned back off and the room got hot again. Took 30min before it was actually comfortable. Went to take a shower this morning and couldn’t get the water above luke warm. Let the water run for 15min and still couldn’t take a shower. The Good: Room was clean! Just my opinion… stay in the Fairfield across the street.

We are guest of Harley Davidson. We have not stayed here before. Checked in and soon found out the room did not have hot water. So we were given another room, and told to let it run 10-15 minutes because they have new hot water heaters. 20 minutes later no water at all. We called the desk and they said they would send someone up to the room. Soon after the water completely stopped running. No one ever came to room. So we went to front desk and it seemed they didn’t know there was an issue at all and gave us some nonsense responses. Then we requested to speak to a manager and he was not on site. He refused to issue us a refund and didn’t attempt to offer solutions. It was apparent they knew they had issue and didn’t inform us when we checked in. Manager Trent Wyatt does not represent Marriott properties well. When you don’t tell us there is an issue and you take our money that is a thief. Very disappointed and moved all our business to Hilton.

Stayed here because of indoor pool. Was told pool was open till 10pm. Went to go down to the pool after checking in around 7:30 and pool had sign saying it was closed for maintenance. Just would have been nice if we had known before hand. Other than that the stay was great. Clean room, very comfortable and quiet.

The bed was broken and they were blood on it and a big old huge pee stain.They are suppose to give a us a free room …. When this happens we will give another review

The breakfast options are very unsatisfactory. Slow service, coffee was not hot. Selections are way over priced. That alone may cause me to not stay at Courtyard again.
