Didnt eat breakfast TV remotes didnt work (super annoying), hotel phones did not work either (couldn't get help with remote)

When we arrived, we received a warm and cheerful greeting from Wendy and her newest team member, Nelson. We were so impressed with their welcoming kindness and recommendation for dinner that evening. The Tavern at St. Clair was every bit as fantastic as they said it would be! The rooms were spotless with modern amenities, and every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful. What a pleasure to stay at the Hampton Inn Pell City! I highly recommend!
酒店可能有些年数房间进屋有股味，窗户是无法打开通风，早餐比较简单没有自动咖啡机只有泡好的咖啡一大桶放进口处不是很好喝，酒店位置不错一下高速就是门口停车场很大，对面就是购物中心吃饭购物很方便
一开始前台办理入住时信用卡有点问题，但很快就解决了。我们房间的空调坏了，所以酒店给我们换到了一间新装修的房间，真是个惊喜！房间很棒，早餐也超好吃！！强烈推荐这家酒店。
夜班经理非常出色。我们入住时发现房间不干净，我们回到前台与经理交谈，她优雅而细心地处理了这个问题。尽管酒店已经订满了，她还是帮我们换到了另一个房间。她非常乐于助人，态度也很好。她把一次糟糕的经历变成了有史以来最好的一晚住宿。我不知道她的名字，但她非常乐于助人，服务也很好。
