I wouldn't complain about anything but the furniture is outdated the bathroom shower fixtures outdated but the stay was ok I seen a lot of areas that needs attention (upgrades)

The room was unclean and the bathroom was horrible. I did not make a big deal our of it because I only stayed one night and everyone else on the floor rooms was in the same condition. I was really shocked with the condition of the room. What a wasted 200.00 dollars.

The rooms are not very clean. Bathroom had trim falling off the wall. Woke up to an ant infestation in bathroom. Staff didn’t seem very concerned. This is the second stay at this particular location. First time the bathroom was full of mold. Figured it was a one off. Second time was just as bad so it’s a definite “never stay again” location.

Great experience
We had an excellent stay. The only thing I would say negative was the toilet in our bathroom wasn’t completely secured to the floor. It wobbled tremendously and made a very loud screeching sound any time it was flushed.

Check in took a little while bc there was no one at the counter. Then our room was so damp our feet stayed wet and our clothes were wet in the am when we put on. Breakfast was good

我们预订了楼下的无障碍客房，但抵达时房间还没准备好。第二天早上电梯就停运了，我们担心等电梯修好会耽误我们的行程。因为无法把我丈夫和轮椅一起弄下楼，我们错过了早餐，而且酒店员工也没有针对轮椅使用者的紧急疏散方案。
