Bathroom was worn and not super clean I’ve come to expect at Hampton’s through my Travels. A/C cover on controls was broken off and just laying on top of the unit. Pillows are awful. Had to go buy others so we could sleep. This trip was due to the death of my mother, but I was refused a discount for bereavement. I received a nice discount when my father passed 15 years ago.

It was clean and staff were friendly. In our room the entryway light was a strobe light and the desk lamp didn’t work. The plugs by the bed were so loose a phone charger would not stay plugged in. There were no pool towel when we went to the pool. A nasty guest left the inside goop of a diaper on the edge of the pool that my daughter slipped on and nearly cracked her head. The hotel room was overall clean. And was nice. The guests above us were loud and the pitter patter of their rambunctious toddler was loud on the wood floors. I’d stay on the top floor if I ever stay again. I am not saying I will never return but I’ve had better experiences.

The room was comfortable. Bathroom fixtures could use an upgrade, the toilet paper holder was broken, the tub drain plug was also broken. Apart from that the room was clean and well maintained. The included breakfast was good.

Staff was super friendly. Clean lobby area, food area was very well kept.
But this place needs some major up keep on the walls, pool, elevators. For what you pay per night, I expected better. $175.

Just so you’ll know
This place is not what I was expecting. It isn’t anything like most Hampton Inns in which I’ve stayed at in the past. Hilton really needs to consider pulling this one from their franchise listing and call it a day. The manager/staff is in a need of training like no 1/2 star hotel ever exist

The pictures do not do this property justice. The place was bright and clean with great staff! It is SO CLOSE to so many eateries, a park and the mall. We really enjoyed our stay there and would not hesitate to book a room here again.

For a Hampton, the room wasn’t in good condition. We had bugs, ceiling looked like it had water damage that wasn’t painted over, and the floor was dirty. I expected more for the price we paid. However, the breakfast was really good.
