I came Alabama for a Ministry event at the Hilton Inn in Tuscaloosa. From check in to everything in between and check out SUPERB service. Staff was Exceptional. Front desk staff & Kitchen staff. The Breakfast Buffet was Exceptional and they use real eggs, not powered & watered down. I would definitely recommend this Hotel. If I should come back to visit, this would be my home away from home!

Downtown and campus were very crowded but it was graduation
Staying here was easier to get dinner and breakfast without the crowd

It was just myself and my son. We felt very safe to be traveling by ourselves. The staff was very friendly! The breakfast was bt far the best hotel breakfast we've ever had!

Bad experience
They double charged me for my room and I have called them 3 days in a row to correct this and each time they said it was fixed but not the case . This is very unprofessional.Dean Hollenbach

Fine, but Slight Problems
The blinds wouldn't close and I had to have someone from the front desk come help with them. Even she struggled to get them closed. The toilet in our bathroom ran every 15-30 seconds and the room felt like the AC hadn't been on in a week when we got there. It cooled off really quickly, but was uncomfortable at the start.
