We were at a horrible B&B that had mice and horrible hosts.. finding the Hampton Inn was a godsend! We felt welcome and got a good night sleep

It literally was a staycation off the plane I been away from my man for 12 days and we just needed us time

这是我们在安克雷奇最喜欢的酒店。我们经常出差就医。酒店干净舒适。工作人员友好热情,乐于助人。酒店地理位置便利,方便前往诊所和手术中心。停车场对面有一家餐厅,我们非常喜欢。
每晚380美元,没有暖气,浴室灯开关在门后。闻起来像猫砂盆。不得不换房间,结果房间更脏了,尤其是床底下,还有好几位前房客留下的垃圾,根本没人打扫。非常失望。
我们到达后被告知,由于人手不足,我们需要等半小时到一小时才能入住。然后他们又告诉我们,山景房已经没有了。我额外支付了山景房的费用,但他们拒绝退还差价。我被告知要找*******,他们还要求我支付50美元押金,以防万一我们是通过*******预订的。分配给我们的房间还算合适,但工作人员非常粗鲁,态度冷淡。
房间很脏,酒店周围的地面也很脏,工作人员很友好,游泳池看起来也不错。
