Of course the breakfast, it was better then expected plus the variety of foods.
Was not happy with bathroom. Out dated, worn looking. Fixtures in shower were lose or coming off.
The bathroom its self felt like I was in a high-school locker room. The only thing it had going for it was the new sink faucet, loved it. Bed was comfortable, heating and cooling system was old window unit from the 80s. Price was step for the room being so outdated.

It was overall a good stay every staff i interacted with was nice. However, my sister and i booked the room to use the hot tub, which was a little underwhelming and kind of dirty. Also, my TV wouldn’t work or let me use any streaming applications because the TV wasn’t connected to the network which I couldn’t figure out. That was the only complaints I had for this day other than that everything else was great. Breakfast was good. I love that you can make your own waffle.

已在线预订并全额付款。他们有我们的信用卡信息。没想到他们还要额外收取房间押金。这倒没什么,我们可以接受,只是他们的机器扫不开我的Apple Pay。那位年纪较大的女士态度很差,告诉我们不能入住。这又不是我们的错。真是太让人失望了!他们应该先解决机器问题,而不是责怪顾客。最后,一位正在接受培训的年轻员工终于弄明白了如何通过手动输入卡号来扣款。总的来说,入住体验不够友好和专业。早餐还可以,燕麦粥煮得不好,太干了,加点水就能解决,但没人管。鸡蛋也不是真的,是人造蛋。有点失望。
房间很暖和,浴室也很干净。
我们的房间一尘不染,员工也很友善。
之所以没给五星,是因为早餐虽然可能满足了很多人的需求,但对我来说……如果能提供原味酸奶就更好了。我很喜欢酒店提供的新鲜水果,但如果能增加原味酸奶,我就能接受了。
安克雷奇最喜欢的酒店
这是我们在安克雷奇最喜欢的酒店。我们经常出差就医。酒店干净舒适。工作人员友好热情,乐于助人。酒店地理位置便利,方便前往诊所和手术中心。停车场对面有一家餐厅,我们非常喜欢。
每晚380美元,没有暖气,浴室灯开关在门后。闻起来像猫砂盆。不得不换房间,结果房间更脏了,尤其是床底下,还有好几位前房客留下的垃圾,根本没人打扫。非常失望。
我们到达后被告知,由于人手不足,我们需要等半小时到一小时才能入住。然后他们又告诉我们,山景房已经没有了。我额外支付了山景房的费用,但他们拒绝退还差价。我被告知要找*******,他们还要求我支付50美元押金,以防万一我们是通过*******预订的。分配给我们的房间还算合适,但工作人员非常粗鲁,态度冷淡。
房间很脏,酒店周围的地面也很脏,工作人员很友好,游泳池看起来也不错。
