The staff are manipulative and will lie on your behalf with zero regard for their own accountability. They do not care for you as a guest or patron because Medicaid. They will intimidate you with their size and eye you in a way that causes you discomfort for staying on their property. They treat you less than a member of Marriott.

Lavinia and Cora are the best attendants that I have ever met. Their personalities are amazing. I strongly feel that they should be involved in training other attendants. Please offer them a bonus and also make sure to retain them as it would be a great loss to loose them.

The staff here is awesome I stay here alot and i always feel welcome and like i am at home The staff makes you feel like you are family and they remember you every time you come in i will.always choose to come here and stay Thank you to the staff that works here

We enjoyed our stay at the University Lake location. The complimentary breakfast had a nice variety of offerings which included your typical cereal, fruit, etc. Additionally they had breakfast sandwiches, quiche, and a nice selection of oatmeal toppings. Our teenagers' favorite was the mini scones that were available the first day and we drizzled them with the available fruit syrup. Yummy! Our room had a microwave, frig, and plenty of room. The toilet area was separate from the shower room which is always nice with a family getting ready for the day. Everything was really clean and seemed to be recently updated. The room had mountain views and there was an outdoor gas fireplace. The trail around University Lake is considered a dog park so be prepared for irresponsible pet owners (no fault of the hotels). The pool area was clean and in good repair. The hottub was the perfect temperature. My only very minor complaint is that there wasn't flavored coffee syrup :)

This was a nice hotel at one time. It still has some nice qualities. There are many people that stay here because it is close to medical. Unfortunately one group at all hours. There are nice walking areas that are pet friendly., but that comes with barking dogs in the hotel.

非常干净。游泳池很棒。毛巾也经过检查和更换。前台人员友好且乐于助人。
