Pool area is my favorite, this is the only place i go when I visit friends in Chandler. I felt as though the pool could have had longer hours. Also, not the friendliest of staff at AJ's...breakfast was warm, not hot. Overall I stay because of the location.

Memories of a relaxing time. Loved the pool and friendly gal who brought me a refreshing lemonade right to the pool ! Balcony view was quite nice. Will come again !

This is our second stay at Crowne Plaza Phoenix and it won't be our last. Both times, the hotel was exactly what we were hoping and the staff is awesome.
The only minor issue we had was with the bartender - there were 3 people at the bar, 3 women at one table and 3 of us near the fireplace. He absolutely ignored us and we finally had to walk up to the bar to get drinks. No big deal, just disappointing.

The property is located in a safe and convenient location, close to many amenities. The room was fine. However:
1) The pool was unavailable for part of our stay, which was one of the principle reasons we choose this place
2) Our room was not made up one of the days we were there, and we had to request service for the room multiple times before it was attended to.
3) Our room service tray was not picked up so it stayed in front of our door in the Arizona heat. By the time it was picked up it had gotten a bit ripe.

I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel. The staff was helpful and courteous .

我从一个脏兮兮的房间换到另一个脏兮兮的房间，最后干脆提前退房了。这家酒店很老了，客房服务也差强人意。
房间里弥漫着下水道的气味。窗帘和灯罩破烂不堪，透光。地面看起来很脏。
