Signage for breakfast venue change would have been appropriate as a number of waited in front of the actual breakfast space given they had a sign to wait due to set floors. What they should have had is a sign that says breakfast available down the hall in another room. Also, light and dark roast coffee entirely empty…had to ask front desk to get someone to bring out coffee as a number of guests gave up as containers were empty other than decaf. Front desk lady seemed surprised they were empty but she did go ask someone to bring more.
Also, I was in room 421 and told I was in the renovated wing…while the hallways looked fresh and bright, the actual rooms were pretty dated looking with cheap and sparse furnishings. I would have expected a better quality renovation and can only imagine how bad the non renovated rooms must look.

Everything was very good, except the $18 for parking and all the shoppers around the stadium came and parked and took our parking for which we ARE CHARGED $18 A DAY..
The most expensive parking fees that I paid in my life.

They pay for parking $18 per car. I don't think was great.
My wife was in three thirty nine.That's the room we had, and alex gave that room to another couple, and my wife was in the room, and people were coming to the room while my wife was laying on the bed. It looks like the room was remodeled, but the wallpaper in the bathroom was coming off. The tiles were not straight and the grout was missing. The shower had no pressure. The sink had no pressure.
The rest of the room was good love.The air conditioning, the way the bedroom was set up with the king bed.It was very nice.. The $100 incidental fee is ridiculous. I still don't even have the money back in my account yet. That's totally unfair....

I had a severe medical episode (stroke,blood clot) which enabled me to fly. I am thoroughly disgustd in Hampton for not refunding my stay. Its not like it was the day I was to travel. It was 5 days prior to my stay. The utility comapny I work for using Hamptons alot. I will not be using them for business travel moving forward. ******* said you wouldnt even return their phone calls??
