I understand it was under construction but trash and debris from workers made the place look dirty. Rooms were good but surrounding the property was a little rough.

The only perk was proximity too stadium which was why we booked. Price was astronomical and room was dirty and falling apart.

Our stay is always nice. The staff is super friendly and always willing to help make the stay nice. I appreciate I feel safe and it's walkable distance to the stadium and Westgate entertainment. If anything, the carpet needed vacuumed but overall the hotel was clean.

3. Pool water was mirky and no lights.
4. Ceiling had holes.
5. Charged $18 for handicap parking.
6. Shower curtain was super short causing water to run down the floor.

8. Tools and materials exposed for clients view on 2nd floor. Ladder and cement bags.
9. I’ve visited this property 4 times. This time I was Not happy with this property. Will not return.

The staff was incredibly friendly and the location is super convenient. The hotel seems to have taken some abuse, but it is clean and comfortable. I would recommend staying here!

It was Charlie Kirk's Memorial and it was hard to get to the hotel afterwards and so they upgraded us to a beautiful Suite when we finally arrived and their service was beyond spectacular and I highly recommend anyone going and staying there and it's worth every penny
