This was the perfect location for the convention I attended. The service exceeded my expectations. When I accidentally left an item in my room they went overboard to help me get it back. I will be back yearly!

一切都很棒，只是他们没有退还我的押金，导致最终的住宿费用比我预期的多了大约 55 美元。否则，我肯定会再次入住。

我妻子身体不适，酒店提前几天就通知我们取消预订。不过，我们当时也去了急诊室，所以当时有医生证明和急诊室就诊记录。酒店拒绝退款，并声称直到我预定的入住时间过后才知道。他们甚至试图告诉我我已经入住了，但要知道，我住在美国的另一边，离家和医院都只有一线之隔。拉斯维加斯的酒店（我们旅行的第一部分）立即给我退款了。
