The first person who met us at the desk was rude and acted as though we were bothering her. Sommer and the rest of the staff were great.

The bathroom sink was extremely slow to drain. The basin would fill before my hand were rinsed.

Not a complainer.. but I was disappointed that I had a handicapped king room for husband and I and we only had 1 large towel, no bath mat, no extra tp .
Why is a handicap room but at the very end of the hallway..tough on a handicap person

One of the beds was very noisy. It sounded broken. The room felt warm even at 71 degrees.

The first room they put us in had a funny smell. We talked to the manager and were immediately put into another room. The room was very nice, large, and clean. Slept great! The breakfast was good. Lots of choices. Very clean area to eat , just a pleasant experience. Would stay at this hotel again. Parking lot was nice, felt like our car was safe. Places to eat very close by.

We only stayed overnight, but we were able to have a good nights rest in a comfortable room. The gym had enough equipment to get a good work out in and coffee was ready early!
