Nicely located, good parking ( But $7.00 per day which they don't tell you until you arrive) Great staff, friendly and efficient. Good breakfast buffet as per most good hotel self service. Very clean rooms and good space. Beds were too soft for us and felt lumpy and worn. Maybe that's just the bed model ?? Good stay will come back.

The hotel is beautiful, The location is perfect for downtown activities. We rarely saw any cleaning staff. I prefer clean towels when I travel. The front desk clerk told us to put our dirty towels and trash out in the hallway and they would pick it up later. I think walking down a hallway with trash and dirty laundry is gross. That is not what I expect at a lovely hotel. We had to go ask for fresh towels at the front desk.

My stay was great all around. Staff great as always thanks aging Barbie, Daniela and Lori from the front desk from the day Id arrive to the day last day they were awesome and helpful. Housekeeping on point with everything that I came across that I needed they took care of me. Rooms clean and comfortable plus good space all around. Plus on the mini bar too with a fridge and microwave. The free breakfast was great and delicious. Good options for a quick morning grab. My two littles loved the pool which just got a renovation done to. Location is great. My gobto spot when I stay in Prescott.
