A comfortable stay for work I had in the area. Summer rates are fantastic. Gracious front desk staff. The place looks just like it does in the pictures. The room was very clean and I slept well. However the shower showed lots of signs of wear. The bathroom sink felt odd as it's bar height.

The beds were hard, not really comfortable. I even tried putting pillows underneath my body. Also their pillows were not good. They would go flat. Good thing I brought my own pillow. Also, one of their elevators was broken. Made us go further to try to get to our room they give you a cookie when you arrive so what there was no free breakfast it just was not goodcompared to the prior night when we stayed in Cottonwood

Due to a flight delay, my husband and I ended up having a last-minute stay at this hotel—and it turned out to be a pleasant experience overall. The first impression was warm and inviting: the decor has a cozy, Native American–inspired vibe, complete with a little fire pit area that added to the charm. At check-in, we were warmly greeted by the friendly front desk staff, who made the check-in process smooth and of course offered us the Signature Doubletree cookie. The hotel’s layout blends indoor and outdoor spaces, so after checking in, we had to walk outside to reach our room. While the room felt a bit dim, outdated, and slightly worn, it was decently clean and worked just fine for a short overnight stay. One of the biggest perks of this hotel is its proximity to the airport—super convenient for layovers or early flights. They also offer a shuttle service, and the drivers were cheerful and friendly, which made the travel experience very enjoyable. If you're looking for a quick and comfortable stop near the airport with friendly staff and a unique ambiance, this hotel is a solid choice.

The service at this hotel was highly disappointing and ultimately unacceptable. I specifically chose this hotel for its airport shuttle service, only to be informed upon arrival that it was unavailable. There was no prior notification; I only learned of this issue when I called to inquire about the shuttle's meeting point. The front desk agent offered to refund the cost of my Uber to the hotel, an offer which was never fulfilled despite numerous follow-up calls and a complete lack of concern for my situation. When I questioned the shuttle's unavailability, I was told it was merely a "courtesy" and not a guaranteed amenity. This directly contradicts their website, which lists it as an amenity, and Hilton's customer service confirmed it should be offered. Furthermore, during my attempts to resolve this, I was threatened by a staff member to have my account suspended because I wouldn't back down. Ultimately, Hilton's Diamond Desk intervened and rectified the situation. However, I strongly advise against staying at this particular hotel. While the rooms were adequate, countless other hotels in the area offer similar accommodations without the severe service issues I experienced. The lack of basic hospitality, especially towards a Diamond member, was truly appalling.

不要住在这个酒店里。远离这个恶心的地方 我上周六住在这家糟糕的酒店里。我遇到过很多最糟糕的事情,这里只列举两件... 我去“Milagros”餐厅吃早餐。我 9:35 到达,等了 10 分钟,女服务员才来迎接我。她让我等迎宾员。又过了 10 分钟,女服务员又来了,让我坐下。我要了一份墨西哥卷饼和一份煎蛋卷外带,5 分钟后迎宾员出现,说我需要额外付费,因为餐饮积分只能用于自助餐,但 10 分钟后她说没关系,因为她不是女服务员,所以她不知道钻石级希尔顿荣誉客会的规定。食物 10:25 送到... 这一切花了 50 分钟。第二:吃完墨西哥卷饼后,我尽快收拾行李,因为早餐耽误了,我没时间吃。我已经要求在上午 11 点乘坐班车前往机场。我按照要求在 10 点 50 分到达接待处。我对前台工作人员说,我和妻子已经准备好了,她说“司机 5-10 分钟后就到了”。11...11.10...11.20 她一直看着我,什么也没做,直到 11.25 我问发生了什么事,我会错过航班,她打电话给司机。“他来了,”她回答道。我们两个都跑了起来,差点错过航班。非常混乱。不尊重我的钻石身份。甚至连一句假道歉都没有。Motel6 对你好多了!!!希尔顿集团让没用的人利用他们的特许经营权,真是可耻!
