Let’s start with the good: we were able to get an early check in, it was pretty clean and it was conveniently located to stores and food.
The bad: The bed was so uncomfortable I hardly slept, they apparently were working on something water related and shut the water off at 8am-however nothing was said to us and so my husband did not get a shower, the continental breakfast left a lot to be desired-absolute bare minimum provided.
We have family in the LaCrosse/West Salem area and we will not likely be back to that hotel.

Room was as expected. The wondows actually open( ground floor) but the tracks were gross.
The pool was for young kids toddlers to elementary school.
Wher was NO water Monday morning and it was planned. We didnt knowuntil the morning.

Im really disappointed.
We had a wedding to go to and we werent able to shower this morning. Because their maintenance people shut down their water at 8am without any information given to us as guests.

I have stayed many times and staff is always nice and helpful. The pool and kiddie pool are fun for the kids and the rooms are always clean.

Fine for a kids weekend in the pool.
The room was ok, bigger, but it was kind of musty smelling and damp, and the floors were not super clean. Half the lamps were unplugged under the bed, which I had to figure out to get the lights on, and moving the bed was what made me feel the floors were not that clean. Lots of leftover stuff from other occupants under behind the bed.

The hotel was nicely situated by the water. On one side was the trail park homes and on the other side was open grounds. The interior of the hotel is outdated. However, the outdoor was a pleasant surpise. Tiki bar with big space. Sand beach, outdoor seating, and good water views.

Broken fixtures and stained surfaces in the hotel room. Very noisy. What appeared to be employees were partying just outside my room outside until 11:30pm.

Would not stay there again.
The window in our room looked out to another part of the hotel with windows facing each other. The building looked like it was five feet away. Obviously couldn’t keep the curtain open due to lack of privacy. No sheer window covering just the main one. No ice machine on the 2nd floor.
Had asked for a room preferably on the first floor due to no elevator but we were assigned on the second floor with nothing to look at but another building.
