There was a perfume odor in the room that was either from the guest prior but it was so strong we had to sleep with the window open. It was 40 degrees out as well. There were spiders in the room, we felt we could not take our socks off as the carpets looked like they hadn’t been shampooed in decades. The property was so run down it needs to be completely redone. The sink would not drain.

Great pool with slide and toddler wading pool and hot tub. Good regular rooms. Breakfast could use some improvements with more hot options. Nice staff

Our room was not clean in that you could tell it was not vacuumed all the way to the walls & corners. The kleenex box & coffee maker had a layer of dust on them as well. The corners in the bathroom were dirty & the group around the tub needed to be re-grouted. The next-door guest & the one above us were terribly loud still at midnight that I had to call the front desk. It was the worst night sleep I have ever had. Moxie's was a great experience!

Everything and everyone was nice. Room, mostly bathroom, could have been cleaner and more kept up, but I do see remodeling is planned in the near future.

Was not informed that dining was not available only at tiki lounge and that was not very good. Bar there was lousy. Drinks were very limited.

The staff at the outdoor bar were awful. Need to do some customer service training. We were visitors, but with family that live there. They said that’s why they don’t come there, service is always awful. Pay attention, you have a nice place there.

Let’s start with the good: we were able to get an early check in, it was pretty clean and it was conveniently located to stores and food.
The bad: The bed was so uncomfortable I hardly slept, they apparently were working on something water related and shut the water off at 8am-however nothing was said to us and so my husband did not get a shower, the continental breakfast left a lot to be desired-absolute bare minimum provided.
We have family in the LaCrosse/West Salem area and we will not likely be back to that hotel.

Room was as expected. The wondows actually open( ground floor) but the tracks were gross.
The pool was for young kids toddlers to elementary school.
Wher was NO water Monday morning and it was planned. We didnt knowuntil the morning.

Im really disappointed.
We had a wedding to go to and we werent able to shower this morning. Because their maintenance people shut down their water at 8am without any information given to us as guests.
