The toilet didn't want to flush and the tub didn't plug. But for just needing a place to stay last minute to avoid getting stuck in the storm, it worked for what we needed.

It was a good stay. Room clean, friendly staff. The only exception: breakfast was chaotic with a high school marching band staying while I was there. Not enough seating area. Otherwise overall good stay.

I would not stay where the liars hang out , because your hotel is not busy you shouldn't scam others or take advantage of travelers, shame on you all.

I felt immediately at home when I arrived. Mary at the front desk was absolutely wonderful and a lot of fun to chat with. The other folks I met in my three days there were all very friendly and helpful. I couldn’t have been more welcomed and made to feel like part of the “family.” This was my first time here and any time I come up to Indy from FL I will unquestionably be staying with you at Country Inn and Suites Radisson E! And your bed was more comfortable than my own bed!!

Outside was worn down, lobby was smelly, mouse ran across the front entrance. I did not check in, I complained and left.

Upon arrival, the guest requested to cancel outside the allowed period and attempted to offer money to our staff to waive the penalty, which was declined. When denied the ability to view a room, the guest behaved inappropriately by attempting to look into first-floor windows.At no point were any issues with pests, odors, or cleanliness reported to our team, and our property inspection found no evidence of the claims made. We take guest and staff safety seriously and handle all situations according to policy and professional standards.

Was perfect, better than I expected honestly and great price id definitely book again. Not super fancy but fairly clean. I sometimes judge by the color of the white linen and it was good to go lol.

A dead spider was killed and left on the bathroom wall. Atm was out of order, gym equipment was out of order. Ice machine was out of order. Mary at the front desk, was friendly and kind. 5 stars for Mary.

Horrible. We ended up not staying and they refused to give us a refund. The photos are very deceiving on the website. The pool was closed and the entire area around the hotel is horrible. Do not recommend!
