The stay was great, my daughter complained that the sofa mattress was not comfortable enough because it was too thin. Our king bed was wonderful and so comfortable. The breakfast was great as well. Great options a lot to choose from.

Had a dirty towel hanging, everything at breakfast was wrapped in plastic and disposable, and sheets had small holes. Was expensive for level of cleanliness.

The sink in the bathroom didn’t drain correctly. The floor by the air conditioner was soaking wet. And the shower constantly dripped.

My stay was good. When booking the room I booked a standard room but upon arrival all they had left was the handicap accessible rooms, which was fine besides the shower. It was too small due to the bench

Updated rooms but some issues with facets in the sink (did shut off correctly)) and shower (hot/cold were backwards). Pool was nice and we enjoyed using it. Continental breakfast was also very nice.

The accessible bathroom was great. Wide door, excellent shower seat which can be lowered onto the floor or folded against the wall, large sink area, very level floor and immaculate appearance.

Nice place to stay in Benton
This is a very nice hotel on the South side of Little Rock. It was a convenient stopping place for our trip. The staff is very nice and welcoming, and the breakfast was good.

There were two issues that kept the rating from being 5 stars across the board. The most frustrating was the door would not lock consistently after entry/exit. I'm not sure if it was an alignment issue with the door or the electronic lock itself, but had to open/close multiple times to get it to lock. The only other issue was the upholstered chair in the room had a large tear in the fabric. If they want to give you room 316, you might want to ask if these issues have been addressed.
