The bed was great and the staff were very friendly and the room was big but my overall experience wasn’t good! I can easily see how this could become a 9.4 hotel but unfortunately today I could not rate them above a 6.00.
I was there 9 days before having my room cleaned, blown lights in the room and fridge.. I really found front desk staff and maintenance staff to be awesome and once the housekeeping Manager was informed about my room, things turned around!

Seamless checkin. Friendly staff. Suite was clean with upgraded amenities. Area was safe with spots for dining out with family.

糟糕的住宿体验
在这里住了三天，三天都没人打扫！！！我们每天都问。
最后他们收了我们150美元，因为他们说房间特别乱！！！没有损坏之类的，只是盘子太多，乱糟糟的。他们骗人，从来不派人来打扫，还收钱。
此外，宠物房里有尿味，早餐区也很脏。
他们向我收取了已经付过钱的酒店房费。他们说“我们只是用这笔钱来付杂费”，本来应该只有60美元。结果，她让我刷卡，他们就从我的银行账户里扣了600美元，扣了7天。
很棒的地方，但不幸的是，我们来这里只是为了游泳池和早餐，但由于游泳池关闭了，我们只能吃早餐。
