酒店回复: Dear Guest,The room is next to the road and very noisy, and I couldn't sleep well. On the first day of check-in, the front desk couldn't find the information, and I waited for more than an hour to complete the check-in. Later one day, the front desk entered my information and another room's information incorrectly, called me down in the middle of the night, and asked me to pay the room fee or check out. After I told them, I called Ctrip again, and they figured it out for half an hour before they realized that they had entered the wrong information.
