Everyone was kind and courteous. There were tools left in our room like someone was mid-job in the bathroom. Other than that all went well.

Was not happy about unattended children in the pool and hot tub. I went there for my birthday to enjoy myself and there were unattended. Children brought it up to staff. Nobody cared.

Amazing front desk staff helped us figure out our deposit at midnight when we were having problems with one of our cards/expedia booking (not expedias fault! It was ours lol) The room was spotless just like the other time we stayed there, breakfast was as good as any of the other good hotels that we've stayed and eaten breakfast at . Pool and hot tub were clean with great hours

Rooms were clean, we were there 3 nights. We never got housekeeping service during that time. Maybe that’s not offered but when we asked for more bath towels the front gave us some. The breakfast as very good all 3 mornings we ate there, only complaint was the dining area was very cold! The pool was nice, wish the hot tub was hotter. Felt more like a warm bath but loved the way the area looked!

This was a great hotel. we got a king room and there was alot of room. The pool area was very nice, only used the hot tub, But it was very clean. Breakfast was good, they had lots of fresh fruit and hot choices.

房间里有股异味。每次冲水马桶都发出刺耳的尖叫声。最后我们不得不手动掀开水箱盖，把水箱里的止水阀放下来，水箱才能注满水。今天早上我们偶然发现床垫右侧有一大片血迹。这是我们住过的最差的贝斯特韦斯特酒店。以后再也不会住贝斯特韦斯特了。
