We were there not even 24hrs of our 2 night stay when we found lice in both of our children's hair. As a licensed cosmetologist i check my daughters hair is daily when i am styling it for school or dance, and there was nothing in her hair until after staying one night at the hotel. As for my son, he has short hair and had nothing on him upon arrival. The next morning while he was playing in our room, i found 2 live lice on him.The hotel is now refusing to refund us.

I cant remember when was the last time I stayed at a BW hotel. I wasnt a big fan this time either. The rooms are somewhat outdated. Breakfast was decent. The pool area was nice but didnt have time to try it. Hot tub water seemed dirty though. The beds were not the best.

Everything was excellent. My room across from the pool area was excellent. Check in was a breeze, the airport shuttle was a plus! The restaurant with room service was great! All of the amenities were excellent. This is my third stay and I highly recommend it.

I had an issue with an accidental leak from the room above but it was resolved quickly by Front Desk, Maintenance and Management as I was moved to another room as they worked on the issue. I then forgot to pack an item from my new room and didn't realize it until I got home a few states away. I called to have the item recovered by Housekeeping and it was put away by the Front Desk Clerk for my daughter to pick up for me. Management and Staff showed true professionalism and class, for which I am very thankful.

It’s a large property and while checking late at night, felt unsafe.
Got no directions to my room from the front desk and on the elevator a man, disoriented, barefoot and unkept man rode up to the floor above mine.
It was not a good value for the high amount I paid.

Microwave in my room has a shortage in it kept going on and off. Air didn’t work too good either. Around the pool was dirty, so many kids unattended with no “wrist bands”.
