Got two rooms, both were infested with bedbugs. Tried to tell the staff and they would not help. Only said that that they had recently treated the rooms for bedbugs.

Good location. Tired halls and common areas; pool drained for maintenance. None of the exterior doors could be secured. Room generally clean. Overall average.

The check-in staff were nice, the complementary breakfast was a pretty good spread, and the room was decently appointed. The general cleanliness of the room wasn't great- dingy towels, a few stains on the sheets, ta spider web in our shower (maybe the room was vacant for a while before our stay?) Plus we stayed near one of the back entry points and there were quite a few people hanging out outside the hotel, either standing around or in their cars. I wouldn't have cared but one of the cars was blasting music for an hour. But overall it was a fine hotel room for the price.

Smells
I stayed here during the festival for 2 nights. Location is great and a lot services around the motel, but the motel itself is worn out and in poor condition. There was a smell in my room, and I had to wash everything that I had with my at the hotel room when I got home. The smell clung to clother, luggage, shoes, even the plastic bags. I believe the smell is mixture of mold, uncleanee HVAC and old mattress/carpet that is has not been cleaned properly.

Overall we had a good time our shower didn’t drain well and our toilet kept running the shower was dirty we wore flip flops to shower!! Toothpaste all over our mirror not from us and the carpet was gross!! Breakfast wasn’t bad same thing every day but it was food!!

Disappointment 😞
Room was less than appealing. Had to keep shoes on because the floor made my feet dirty. Baseboards in-between bedside tabke and bed had a large pile of debris. Room was musty smelling and I sneezed constantly, no where else, just when i was in the room. Other guests, downright rude, hollering at 5am because their dog escaped, talking loudly on cellphone at 1030pm outside wrong room, yes i heard the callers side of conversation it was that loud. 230am people next door had the bass cranked up so loud the walls vibrating woke me up. I have been staying here every week for 6 weeks with little upset but i was unfortunately put in a different hallway this time and it was a bad experience so I cancelled next weeks booking.
