We checked into our room. The sheets were dirty(Huge stain). I notified the manager that we would like to change rooms. I was told that they could not move us to another room, but instead brought sheets for us to change the bed ourselves.
Also there was only one set of towels. I called the manager again and was told that I could come to get them at the front desk because they had no maid service on duty to bring them up to us.
We have stayed here before and never had this type of experience. I hate that this place has gone down hill.
The manager was not helpful in anyway. Actually he did not care. And they were charging over $ 400 a night

My Favorite Place
The only thing slightly annoying was the alternating brightening and dimming of the ceiling light in the bathroom. It was nice of a staff member to stop by and ask whether we needed anything like towels, cups, coffee.

Little to no entertainment. Also, management is terrible. Our stay was Fri- Sun. When booking the room, I had an old card, but provided them with an updated card once I got to the hotel. Sun morning around 8am (3hrs before checkout), the manager comes knocking on our room door. He automatically goes to assume there’s no money on my card when they charge the card. *Whole time they had never charged the active card * He states “There’s no money on your card. You have 10 minutes to pay or I am calling the police for trespassing.” Completely thrown off, I go downstairs to handle this situation & he admits to charging the old card, which should have been deleted once I checked in Fri. Attitude was very nasty, nice hotel but would never stay again.

My room was very clean. Property was quiet and neat. I did not like having to park in the back and walk around the building in the dark to check in.

Great location with easy access to restaurants and shopping. Room was great! Lot's of USB ports,plenty of counter space. Also easy access to the highway.

Bed bug - need refund
There was a bed bug in my bed. It was horrible. We had to leave and get another hotel. A manager was supposed to call me today to help me with the refund but I did not hear from them. I request that someone please contact me so that the charge can be removed from my card.

They didn’t clean the toilet and left toilet paper from the last person. When we told the staff the hm came out and handed us a plunger and told us to clean it. We tried calling down but the phones weren’t working either.

Bed is comfortable. Unfortunately, there was loud noise from construction.
