Got greeted right away, check in was super fast and also shout out to the gentleman that check us in, we like to stay at the top floor, totally forgot about it when booking our room and he solved our issue right away and with no problem at all. Top notch customer service.

Fluorescent bulb missing from fixture above sink. Smoke detector was wrapped and covered with a plastic bag. Switch on lamp was broken so the only way to turn it on and off was by plugging it in or unplugging it. The window had two sections. The outside one was open by a couple inches and frozen in place. However, the inside window did shut completely. We did report it to the desk person, and he offered to move us, but we decided to stay because we have to leave so early in the morning. Too much hassle to move all our stuff. There wasn’t an extra roll of toilet paper in the bathroom, so we had to go ask for one from the desk person. The bed seems to be comfortable and is clean. Looking forward to a good night’s sleep!

yew, the room was clean. Had a noisy toilet when it was flushed. told front desk and they were going to get it fixed.

We checked in and the desk clerk was nice... We went to our room, which was ok, however there was only one bedside lamp and the switch was broken. I think people were plugging and unplugging the lamp from the wall socket. I went to the front desk and asked to be moved, the clerk was accommodating. the next room had two working bedside lamps, but no desk lamp. The room smelled of paint, with paint drops all over the carpet. The desk clerk was nice to move us to a suite, with all working lamps! But the TV would not work, there were only two channels, neither one of any interest. He mentioned he would speak to the manager. The next morning we left early, and the clerk told me the manager was not in. I called later that morning and asked to speak with the manager; I was told the manager would not be in, but I could send an email. I told the clerk the TV was not working.... We returned to find the TV had not been fixed, again I told the desk clerk it was not working, but it was late and they could fix the TV tomorrow.... The next day as we left my wife mentioned to the clerk to please fix the TV, you guessed it, when we returned the TV was not working. Also, the hotel is under new management and being renovated. The was not mention this and work on the upstairs rooms began early. Also, the one morning I went to breakfast the food selection was terrible. It a shame the new management was never on site to solve problem. ZERO STARS... Manager get it together!

No AC in room, construction with a huge mess and noise. Also why put out cereal if you have no milk? This is a setting for a B movie and I’m not even picky.

Rooms looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in months, blood on the bedding, and breakfast was cold. The fitness center treadmills didn’t work.

There was hard crusty white spots everywhere in the carpet. I would suspect is was shampoo that did not wash out of the carpet when they cleaned but it was hard to tell. There also was no sheet on my bed. Kind of a gross room.

Room was nice and quiet. No issues.
Only thing is the tub could have been worked on stained badly by the drain.

Elevator was gross, it smelled like cigarette smoke, there was a large dark stain on the floor, the whole carpet needed to be replaced a while ago. The shower drain was plugged, there were large floaters in the tub, not sure what that was! VERY NASTY! Definitely will not stay there again.
