I booked the room for three days. We got in at 9 pm. The room had a stale smell. I let the front desk know the next morning we were not staying Wednesday and they assured me I would be credited for the third night. I checked out on Wednesday and they were unsure how to credit but assured me they would after getting assistance from the GM. After two weeks I was notified by ******* the property would not issue a credit. The front desk and breakfast staff were trying to handle the matter, but apparently the GM is the one at fault. They rented the room because of the event in Minot. I would steer clear of this property.

Tv channels were blocked out…unable to find code to unlock controls…limited viewing. Tub was not totally clean. Comfortable beds.

Most everything was fine but these things were not good:
Microwave didn’t work in the room
The light over the toilet flicked - not good for migraine sufferers or people who have seizures
However, the staff person was very friendly and helpful.

The room was very clean and welcoming.
Hallways, parking lot and front lobby, dining area were well looked after, with no clutter, everything was well organized.

liked how there was shopping nearby, and a convince store inside, just wish there was a gym but the staff were very friendly

The rooms were clean for the price but definitely older. The walls were paper thin and could hear neighbour upstairs all night long.
