Beds were horrible ,, they even had a mattress topper on and they were so hard my back is in shambles today

The room was very clean bed very soft and comfortable. All the staff was super friendly. I’ll definitely stay here again.

Birthday weekend
The suite was perfect for our weekend. Very spacious. Free breakfast was impressive with eggs, bacon, pulled pork for tacos, waffles bakery items. Well done. Would stay again

Exceptional Homewood Suites
Awesome breakfast. All the staff we encountered were very pleasant and accommodating. Breakfast staff were exceptional. Tables were cleaned as soon as someone left. Front desk people were also very pleasant & helpful.

Great base for area sightseeing (Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, Football Hall of Fame, James Garfield Historic Site, USS Cod). Breakfast selection was very good and included scrambled eggs and a meat, which is nice for those trying to eat low carb. We loved the stove top and the outdoor grills, both of which we used during the week we were there. Can't think of any complaints.

We travel to this area of Cleveland/Beachwood often to visit family and this was our first but not last stay at this hotel because we thoroughly enjoyed everything about this hotel; staff were courteous and friendly and the facilities were excellent

Beachwood jewel
From the moment I arrived to the time I left 2 days later, the staff went above and beyond. The front desk person personally showed me where to find breakfast, drinks, pool, etc. Sunshine and the rest of the breakfast staff were so kind. My waffle was made for me! The breakfast options were the most I have seen at a hotel. This hotel was very cozy with fireplace inside and firepit in back. Pool was great with perfect temperature. Thank you again! I will be back.
