While we know we are due for a renovation and were supposed to get it in 2020 the pandemic had other plans for not just our hotel but many others as well. We are trying our best to keep up with all the maintenance as much as we can while we try and get back on track with the renovation. It was like a crack hotel, despite being in a decent area they didn’t give you your coffee pot unless you requested it all amenities had to be requested and brought up to your room. I never been in a place like this.

酒店回复: Mr. MostadeI am not sure where you are getting your information but first of all our property is far from a crack hotel. In regards to the coffee pot, all of our rooms have coffee pots per Marriott standards and all rooms have amenities such as soap, coffee, creamer, sugar, shampoo, conditioner, towels, hand towels, wash cloths and bath mats as per Marriott standards. If there were something was missing upon your arrival then my staff would certainly have brought anything to your room. I always welcome guest feedback good or constructive but to indicate our hotel is "A Crack hotel" is a bit too far. If you would like to discuss anything further I would be happy to speak with you.

Location was good for our purposes and the sweet we booked was large enough to give us privacy and space. Those are the good points. The room itself, however, was in serious need of renovation. Furniture was chipped and stained, the carpet was booking and you could tell where a big patch had been replaced because the edges were frying. Carpet was also thread bearing places. The hotel itself is tired and needs a complete redo and modernization.

This was my one and only time staying at this hotel. The pool was closed the hot tub was closed. No ice machines. I was handed 2 Ziplock bags of ice from the kitchen. There's No daily maid service. They clean your room every 2 days. Last but not Least the bed was Hard as a brick the pillows were thin as ice.

Our refrigerators do make ice, and as a quicker alternative, we’re happy to provide guests with bags of ice upon request. We also follow Marriott’s brand standards regarding housekeeping, which currently provide service every other day for longer stays. Our pool is seasonal and open from Memorial Day through Labor Day, and we regret that it was unavailable during your visit. 总体来说,我们的入住体验还不错。只是一开始不太顺利。我们到的时候已经是晚上了,去前台办理入住手续的时候,等了大概十分钟才有人过来。前台来了之后,问了我的姓,并让我看身份证。她拿了我的身份证,给了我房间钥匙,说我没事。我们到了房间,却发现房间里没有浴巾。我丈夫又去前台要了,结果被告知没有,而且他们也没有多余的毛巾,让我们明天早上再去试试。我用房间里仅有的毛巾洗了个澡,出来后前台打电话让我带上身份证和信用卡,因为他们把我们和其他人搞混了,给了我们错误的房间。他们没有让我们换房间,但不得不给我们配了新的钥匙。期间,我听到工作人员在讨论上一班的客人没有打扫房间,还在客人面前说脏话,行为举止很不专业。这给我留下了糟糕的第一印象。之后的住宿体验还不错,但最初的印象让我开始怀疑自己是否应该预订这家酒店。
很棒的区域。工作人员很友好。房间和酒店本身都需要一些修缮,比如粉刷、修补和铺地毯。走廊不够干净。早餐不够热。我们是老年人,淋浴间进出应该更方便一些。空调噪音很大,浴室门吱吱作响,淋浴开关很费劲。如果用洗手液而不是小块肥皂会更方便。房间本身大小合适,所有需要的东西都有。
这家酒店设施陈旧,很多东西都有划痕或损坏。这家酒店不应该挂着万豪的牌子。需要投入大量资金才能让这家酒店达到其所在社区的水平。
我的住宿体验棒极了。工作人员很棒,你们的“第二班FDA”简直太棒了。下次我去克利夫兰还会选择这家酒店。
