In the first room that I was put in three out of four lamps and the wall thermostat were not working. I let them know and they moved me to another room, which was smaller but ok. The bathrooms are in need of updates.

They over booked and I never got to stay there. I’m awaiting my refund for my reservation. Can someone please reach out to me about this matter?

I booked the room and got a confirmation. When I arrived I was informed that the hotel was overbooked and I could not stay. I was told I would receive a refund.

Rooms were small, room keys kept coming unmagnetized, awful breakfast for 12.95 per person! We went to dunkin donuts across the street. Pool was okay, patio was large enough for our family. Water was 3$ a piece..find a different hotel..there are plenty close by

We stay here to get away and spend time together. The room was clean and comfortable.

We can count on Hilton for a clean room and safe location whenever we travel.

Runaway toilet
We got in late and we were leaving early next day. I sit on toilet and bout fell it wasn't fully seated.

Staff of hotel and restaurant first-rate!
ˇhe staff was very friendly, the salmon dinner at the lobby restaurant was delicious, and the chef himself stopped by our table for a friendly chat, as did the bartender (who made us an amazing drink). So nice to have such a cheerful reception; we were on our way the next day to Bethesda North Hospital for my husband's surgery--which BTW turned out fine. Thank you for a good stay!
第一，入住第一天就不得不换房间，还得把之前放在房间里的行李之类的东西都搬走，淋浴和马桶上方的灯也坏了；第二，咖啡壶坏了，早上8:30

我发现房间很干净，但第二天当我到达时，我发现它很脏，接待员告诉我房间还没有打扫，因为入住时间超过一天，房间没有打扫，从那里我没有把它拿出来。
