The hotel itself was nice. The lobby was comfortable, adjacent to a bar and I liked the indoor pool and fitness room. If it wasn't for the poor service I would've given a much higher rating.

Staff was friendly, room was okay, buffet breakfast option was pretty basic, but good enough (scrambled eggs, potatoes, French toast, bacon, sausages and mini finishes). Pool area was nice and big, and pool itself was a good size for the kids, but showing some signs of age. Hotel is close to a lot of food and shopping options, which makes it fairly convenient.

Great staff. The rooms and common areas still feel like 1990s. Stains on carpet in room gave me pause before walking barefoot in room.

I was there for NFL museum and the staff that checked me in gave me great advice about it. She was friendly and kind.

I want a location with an indoor pool. The pool felt like an outdoor pool. The temperature of the water was freezing. There is also a real safety issue as the tile is very slippery when wet. The hot tub was fine minus all the stray hair floating around.
I didn't realize how far from Kent the location was but that was my fault. Overall, the place was clean, the staff were friendly, I have no other complaints.

Cleo and Lynn were very nice ladies definitely made my experience wonderful and made suck a simple check in process thank you guys for a nice clean place for me and my family on our trip!! Will definitely be booking again

The stay was okay overall. Nice hotel close to the hall of fame. I thought it would be a bit more modern on the inside but the room was comfortable. Breakfast and dinner was also good.
