Our room was great. The pool and hot tub was great also. The court yard area, we really enjoyed. The staff at the front desk when we arrived could improve on customer service skills. For example, our stay included free breakfast for 2. I had no idea we needed a ticket for that. So in the morning I help my self to breakfast (because it said it was included) then the lady at the bistro says “ hey you know there’s a fee or do you have a ticket?” She made me feel like I was stealing. I get my phone out show her my ******* reservation and how it showed free breakfast for 2. I have never been so embarrassed. She was rude. I put my plate down on the counter, went back to my room, packed up and left.

Paid all this money for this room for the tv remote not to work for the tv. Called down to front desk they send someone up to my room just to hand me two remotes with no directions to how to use them on tv. Still didn’t work so I was force to go to sleep with no tv. Will not book again through this hotel

I opted not to pay for the breakfast (one never knows what a $11 pp breakfast looks like...even the staff the night before didnt know). A picture or menu at the front desk would help all of us decide.
The room was extremely clean, staff were great, and it was close to the mall. I would definitely go back to stay here!

We were there visiting the football hall of fame. Nice room and the pool table was great for teenage boys. 5 minutes away from the hall of fame. So much shopping around the area.

Night in Canton
Overall stay was good. The place needs a few updates. Room was good, bed was a little soft for my liking. Good location , close to Pro Football HOF.

Room was great. Staff friendly. Didn’t use breakfast or the bar. Just there for one night. Very close to everything needed and where we had to go.

The hotel itself was nice. The lobby was comfortable, adjacent to a bar and I liked the indoor pool and fitness room. If it wasn't for the poor service I would've given a much higher rating.
