It was a great place to stay and convenient since I had a conference there for two days. It was so nice to be able to bring our dogs with us!

Challenge to get into the hotel with the fencing around. While I understand it’s due to safety the could have hates that open for guests at various enterence. Now charges for parking and they did not in years past. Check in time was 4. We did arrive early and our room was not ready. Went back at 4:02 and the room still was not ready. Got two free drinks for room not ready. Went back at 4:35 and room was still not ready. At that this point I requested another room option as we had dinner plans to get ready for. Hotel rooms need updated

This is a perfect location when visiting Columbus as it’s within a walkable distance to great restaurants and shops.
The staff are very friendly and professional.
This will definitely be my first choice when visiting Columbus again.

各方面都很不错，但为什么我明明包含了早餐，入住之后询问前台，却告知没有，虽然也当面给我写了一个早餐券，但我预定一周，只给了一天的😓
酒店很干净，位置适合购物。

这些年来，我们住过希尔顿很多次。我们偶尔会享受一次零星的约会之夜！我们对房间的状况不太满意。浴室的固定装置松动，淋浴间里乱糟糟的头发，空调制冷效果也不好。不用说，下次我们还会住雅乐轩。
