Well I booked and paid for a room with a king sized bed but got stuck with 2 doubles. Upon getting in at 10:45pm, completely exhausted, when I went to take a hot bath I had no hot water at all! My air conditioner didn’t work and made a HORRIBLE flapping sound ALL night long! I was told the manager would give me a call today but SURPRISE still haven’t heard from anyone! WORST HOTEL AND CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!

The room was in rough shape: super stained carpet, broken bathroom mirror, missing shower curtain, temperature too cold then too hot.
The pool was freezing!

各方面都很不错，但为什么我明明包含了早餐，入住之后询问前台，却告知没有，虽然也当面给我写了一个早餐券，但我预定一周，只给了一天的😓

我们抵达伊士顿希尔顿酒店时，被告知由于超额预订，没有房间了！然后他们把我们安排到附近的雅乐轩酒店，这家酒店也是万豪旗下的，但是：标准远不如希尔顿，质量更差，而且非常吵！唯一相同的是都有一张特大号床，但远不如我们之前住过的希尔顿酒店的床舒服。我们明明付的是高档酒店的钱，却被安排到一家最差的酒店！
还有一件事：希尔顿酒店的房间显示价格是 211 美元，当我点击使用 ******* 的积分兑换 177 美元现金时，价格却自动变成了全价 388 美元。之后 ******* 又取消了我的 177 美元现金折扣，结果我白白多付了钱！！！我五月份的所有积分都浪费了，没有享受到之前显示的折扣，而且还被安排到一家最差的酒店！！！
如果*******有名字的话，你们必须尽快把它弄对！
