Well I booked and paid for a room with a king sized bed but got stuck with 2 doubles. Upon getting in at 10:45pm, completely exhausted, when I went to take a hot bath I had no hot water at all! My air conditioner didn’t work and made a HORRIBLE flapping sound ALL night long! I was told the manager would give me a call today but SURPRISE still haven’t heard from anyone! WORST HOTEL AND CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!

The room was in rough shape: super stained carpet, broken bathroom mirror, missing shower curtain, temperature too cold then too hot.
The pool was freezing!

各方面都很不错,但为什么我明明包含了早餐,入住之后询问前台,却告知没有,虽然也当面给我写了一个早餐券,但我预定一周,只给了一天的😓

我们抵达伊士顿希尔顿酒店时,被告知由于超额预订,没有房间了!然后他们把我们安排到附近的雅乐轩酒店,这家酒店也是万豪旗下的,但是:标准远不如希尔顿,质量更差,而且非常吵!唯一相同的是都有一张特大号床,但远不如我们之前住过的希尔顿酒店的床舒服。我们明明付的是高档酒店的钱,却被安排到一家最差的酒店!
还有一件事:希尔顿酒店的房间显示价格是 211 美元,当我点击使用 ******* 的积分兑换 177 美元现金时,价格却自动变成了全价 388 美元。之后 ******* 又取消了我的 177 美元现金折扣,结果我白白多付了钱!!!我五月份的所有积分都浪费了,没有享受到之前显示的折扣,而且还被安排到一家最差的酒店!!!
如果*******有名字的话,你们必须尽快把它弄对!
