Very courteous staff room and the room was clean there wha stood out the most the fire pit I loved it was very cold this weekend in the city so it was a much relaxing holiday for me. Will definitely book again with this hotel

The entire stay from check in to check out was great! The staff went above and beyond. My only complaint is that I couldn't stay and relax. Thank you!!

Was under the impression that breakfast was included in the price of the stay. It was not, but there were plenty of other options to eat at in the area. A microwave in the room would have also been a nice option. Other than that, we really liked the hotel and our room.

When we arrived on 10/10, the front desk representative advised me that the hotel was completely booked and there were no rooms available with a pullout sofa bed. Keep in mind that I booked the room primarily because it had a sofa bed. So I told her that we would have to figure something out.
Later that same evening, there was a male front desk representative who was more than happy to accommodate my request for a room with a sofa bed! In fact, he provided me with 3 different rooms to choose from! He was nice enough to give me a room with a balcony as well. So why was he able to assist me with no problem, and she would not? It appears to me that she just didn’t feel like going the extra mile to assist and just wanted me to go away.
So please be sure to recognize the gentleman who assisted me on October 10th evening!

Nice room. Terry at the Bistro made my night. Nice man and very attentive to our needs.

员工友好，入住手续便捷。房间干净但略小。床很舒服。唯一的缺点是我们楼上的客人半夜吵闹不已，跺脚、喊叫，推拉门进进出出。虽然不是酒店的错，但还是让我彻夜难眠。
