My first stay at your hotel was wonderful, which is why I chose to return. However, this recent experience fell short of the standard I expected.
I booked a suite with a king-size bed, but at check-in I was given a room with a full/queen bed. I was not informed that the room type I reserved was unavailable, and I would have appreciated clear communication about this. I arrived late and was very tired, so I didn’t realize the issue until later.
Because the smaller bed wasn’t comfortable for me and my partner, I had to return to the front desk at 6 a.m. to request another room. The second room I received also had concerns—the bed was extremely firm, which left my back sore, and the shower walls did not appear to be fully cleaned, as there were private hairs visible.
I understand that mishaps can happen, but room accuracy and cleanliness are very important to guests. I kindly ask that these areas be improved so future stays can meet the level of quality your hotel is known for.

The suite was very nice. The check-in process was efficient. Unfortunately there was no menu in the room for ordering room service. The area was also limited on local dining (close by). It was a nice quiet stay and that’s what I was looking for.

Very nice hotel
The breakfast was good. Had choice of senior citizen buffet order from the menu. We ordered from the menu, but the buffet looked very good.
