Stay was great. Staff very courteous and helpful. The room was clean and stayed fresh through our stay. The only issue concerned the climate control, or should i say, lack of control in the room. You were either hot or cold, no in between. The unit blew hot air than cold air constantly back and forth.

I’m writing to formally express my deep disappointment regarding our recent stay at your hotel. We had booked two rooms for two nights, expecting the level of comfort, safety, and reliability that Hampton Inn is known for. Unfortunately, our experience was far below acceptable standards and caused significant stress and inconvenience to our family.
First room: Upon arrival, we discovered that the air conditioning unit had been completely taken apart, with exposed electrical wires left on the floor and table. After a long day of travel, it was extremely frustrating and concerning to walk into such an unsafe and unprepared room.
Second Room: The second room had no hot water at all, and to make matters worse, the in-room phone was nonfunctional, leaving us unable to reach the front desk directly. With no available rooms to move to, our elderly parents were left waiting in the lobby for nearly an hour while the staff tried to find a solution.
This experience was not just inconvenient — it was exhausting, uncomfortable, and unacceptable. We chose Hampton Inn expecting a clean, functional, and restful stay, but instead had to deal with unsafe conditions, lack of basic amenities, and major disruptions to our plans.

The tv inside of the room was a great smart tv with easy access to the internet and it also had welcome Charles on the screen when I first came in. It made me feel very welcomed.

Excellent Hotel
The Staff was Friendly, Professional and accommodating. What started out as a three-day stay turned into a day-by-day ordeal. Thanks to the Staff the ordeal was, Lodging wise, less stressful. If I even have to come back to Fairfield, Ohio, I will be booking my stay at this hotel.
The hotel was spotlessly clean inside and out. I never saw anything dirty or in need of attention.

The Staff was Friendly, Knowledgeable and Helpful. The room was spotless, inviting and comfortable. The Hampton Inn Cincinnati - Northwest/Fairfield will be my go-to hotel when I find myself in this area in the future.

everything was great. WE enjoyed our stay and it was convenient to all the places we needed to go. Would definitely stay at the hotel again.
这次住宿还算可以,就是晚上火警响了把我们吵醒了,然后我们去大堂,却被告知没什么大碍。另外早餐也很一般,负责早餐的女士就只是站在那里,也没有确保地方是干净整洁的。
