Staff was lovely but my room wasn’t great however it was clean. My toilet broke and I had reserved 2 queen beds but got a queen with a pullout. The girl that checked us in wasn’t very apologetic , just this is what we have so what’s the point of having a reservation. They gave no discount for not having correct room or broken toilet. My son fixed the toilet thank god cause it was early morning and they had no one to fix it.

Soap was out in the bathroom. Made to order breakfast did not have iced tea. Charged me for parking (wasn’t told in advance). Nicest person on staff was the maintenance guy. He was fun to talk with.

Yes everything in and around the property was fantastic besides i went outside like 2am so i could smoke and i got locked out because noone at the dest at that time like an hour

Unfortunately, for me I have already booked and paid for another stay here. Little did I know about the reconstruction that is taking place. This hotel should have been closed down during this phase or at least should have compensated the guests!

This review is part of our multiple room booking and both Rooms were part of the new remodel and Great! Staff always does a Great Job and after a Horrific Hotel stay across the River we were so Grateful to be back at the Courtyard with a Professional and Happy Staff. The Location is Excellent and makes for a Great Easy walking area! Always a Pleasure to visit

Booked a couple rooms for the Family and We are Regulars in the Summer at this Hotel. The Remodel is ongoing but we had the pleasure to stay in the new rooms and they are so much nicer and great! They were sold out the night before and we had to stay across the river and had an awful stay so arriving to the Courtyard it was an instant sigh of relief to deal with their professionalism, concerns and solutions in anything that is needed. Truly appreciate the Great Staff there! You guys do a Great job! And always look forward to staying and the Great Brewery and spots across the Street :)

不安全、肮脏、餐饮有限、噪音大、一整天都没有热水……酒店应该在重建期间关闭。重建事宜应该在预订前说明。我肯定也拿不到住宿补偿了！
