Bedspread had stains, bathroom tub full of small curly hairs, the shower dispensers were not connected and sitting on the edge of the tub with one completely empty. We received towels but the beds were not made. The door latch did not work unless you picked up on the door to align it. The bathroom door scrapped across the floor. We stayed three nights and every night we had to have our room keys remade. By the third night we just stopped at the front desk to just get them remade before even trying.
The breakfast was the typical hotel style breakfast but it took them 20 minutes to refill. Front desk was polite and nice. It’s obvious that no upkeep is happening. Don’t know how they keep the Hilton name.

The room seemed like it was not made up. The sheets were wrinkled and not tucked in. There were crumbs on the carpet. The products that were supposed to be mounted on the shower wall were scattered around the bathroom. There was hair in the shower. The surfaces were covered in dust. On top of that, the noise from the highway kept me up all night.

房间被安排在员工专用房间旁边。施工噪音很大，一直持续到深夜。桌上的灯上布满了蜘蛛网。淋浴间没有洗发水。总体来说，住宿体验还不错。
房子价格实惠，位置便利，靠近高速公路，但房间潮湿，而且我们的门实际上无法关闭或锁上。
床很舒服。非常干净安静。
早餐不错，但没什么特别的。连续两天都是同样的菜。
早餐种类丰富。工作人员很友好。房间很干净。去肯特郡非常方便。虽然风景不算太好。
