A great place to stay for our two nights. Great breakfast, clean room and premises and a beautifully decorated entry that far exceeded any other place that stayed.

The housekeeping staff harasses you to get out of your room so they can clean it for the next guest. They came in my room 3 times, hours before check out. I went out to smoke at 10am (checkout is at 11am) and when i came back, housekeeping was in my room, they took the money off the counter and packed up what belongings i had left in the room and put them in a garbage bag. Then they threw away all the food I had on the counter to take with me.
There was homeless folks using the icemachine when I went to get ice at 630am. I told all of this to the front desk and they didnt care one bit.

Parking was very easy. Breakfast food has many options and the area was very clean. Staff was helpful and someone was always nearby to assist if needed.

I stayed two nights. First night, there was no water for a shower, extremely small bathroom, very short small toilet. Moved to a new room for second night - improved toilet, looked newer but needs self-closing lid, still a very small room. I requested a partial refund for no shower first night. I requested a partial refund but Manager only gave me a $25.00 credit which I find unacceptable since half of the room requirements were missing. Poor lighting in the parking lot.
Will NOT stay again.

Ive stayed at this hotel over 100+ times for work over the past 9 years. It is simple but exceptional when it comes to cleanliness, customer service. Getting a room thats poolside in the summer is great. There is a nice big pool but also a ton of grassy open space to throw the frisbee as far as you'd ever want to.
