I was genuinely shocked by how different this hotel was from the photos and reviews online. The area around the hotel felt extremely unsafe — very sketchy, with people walking around in bulletproof vests!!! It was not an environment I felt comfortable bringing my family into.
The pool was freezing cold, to the point where my kids couldn’t even use it. They described it as feeling like an ice bath, which was really disappointing since the pool was one of the main reasons we booked this place.
Breakfast was very basic and honestly not worth getting up for. For the price we paid, I expected a lot more.
Overall, this was probably the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The pictures are incredibly deceiving, and after taking the time to read many positive reviews before booking, I’m honestly shocked those people had such different experiences. Most of the guests we came across seemed like long-term or permanent residents, which added to the uneasy feeling.
If you’re considering this hotel — especially if you have kids — I strongly recommend avoiding it at all costs. Save your money, save yourself the stress, and look elsewhere. This place is absolutely not worth it!!!!!!

The breakfast was horrible, food left out too long ths edible items were the greek yogurt not touched by the staff and the waffles. The hot tub didn't work and the beds were very uncomfortable.

太棒了！我随时都愿意再来！一切都是新的、干净的、维护得很好，房间也很宽敞。工作人员非常友好。完美！

我覺得是櫃檯的熱情讓我覺得美國其實也是不錯，那天有點晚才抵達，櫃檯的**大叔很熱情的介紹跟給我們水。我們待一晚就離開了，快閃。
