酒店老旧，需要升级改造。没有遮盖的入口，方便装卸货物躲避雨水。周末没有客房服务，太糟糕了。房间里的地毯破损起皱。冰箱第二层有水或其他液体。这家酒店绝对不值得入住。
BUGS🐛 BUGS，BUGS！工作人员什么都没做，也没努力解决，只是耸耸肩，经理像个电线杆一样站在那儿，什么也没说！！离我远点！！
这家酒店似乎需要翻新一下。他们的房间清洁工作也做得不太好。我打开一个柜子想找点东西，里面堆满了之前一位客人留下的食物残渣。
工作人员非常友好！去博物馆、音乐厅、本顿维尔老城区和购物中心都很方便！一定要去罗杰斯的大型沃尔玛超市看看！这是新产品的测试店，而且规模很大！！
绝对不值这个价。房间霉味很重，就像有人在里面抽烟一样，他们只是希望没人注意到。灯光也不太稳定，不知道能不能用。工作人员非常友好！
抵达后，工作人员非常努力地帮我提前入住，并找到了一间经过长途跋涉后打扫干净的房间，但优质服务也就到此为止了。需要说明的是，我并没有强求提前入住，只是提出要求，并且我准备在需要时在大堂等候。
房间里的空调急需维修，开着它根本睡不着。制冷的时候噪音太大，每隔几分钟就会把我吵醒，所以我选择晚上关掉它。其次，冰箱冻住了，搁板上结了冰，冰箱里的冰解冻时，水会漏到地板上。第三，小厨房的水龙头用的时候会漏水到台面上。第四，地板上有老鼠屎，有老鼠的痕迹。第五，房间里还有别人的脏袜子。
入住时我太累了，根本没心思去修空调，其他问题在入住两晚后才出现。我确实希望情况比这更好，但是打开行李后换房间太麻烦了，所以我忍受了这一切。
