staff was great but the room was trash carpet rip stain on the walls that smell in the room. was horrible. It’s not worth the price that I paid.

For the price this was an excellent Hotel the staff was helpful and the room was very clean well equipped and the shower was so great that I never wanted to get out of it I will definitely stay here again.

The room had a very musty smell upon entering. The biggest issue I had was that at 3am the second night I went to get up to use the bathroom and was greeted by a giant roach. I did manage to take a photo as he was scurrying away but I brought it to the attention of the front desk and checked out around 3:30am. They did not sound/look surprised by my statement which is truly alarming. I called to complain and the hotel said it was out of their hands since I booked third party. I had many back and forths with ******* who got on record that the hotel manager said it was a “false claim” and denied a refund. I was confused by this because I had it in an email that the manager himself contradicted his claim saying he authorized a refund. Eventually I got it taken care of by ******* after about 5 back and forth phone calls but I find it appalling how it was overall handled. I would advise from staying here unless you want a hassle.

Walked in and stood at the front counter for about 3 minutes before the person even looked up from their phone. Non-existent customer service. Had to change rooms because first one stunk so badly of cigarette smoke, and the lamp didn't work. No apologies, just attitude when I asked to change. The 2nd room smelled the same, if not worse, but at least we had a working lamp. By the time we left the motel, every bit of clothing we had taken, including what we had not worn had to be washed twice because the smell of cigarette was so embedded. We opted to not have house keeping in because we were only in the room for three nights, but did request clean towels everyday. They told me no. I had to bring them the dirty towels out so they could count them, before they would provide me with fresh ones. We had booked a room for three people, but the room only provided towels enough for two. Getting that across to them was a nightmare. Ending up at this motel 6 was my fault because I booked very last minute. Do yourself a favor and book a couple of weeks ahead. Save yourself

Hotel staff are very nice. Beds are not very comfortable and AC was very loud (turned it off). However we were only there to sleep and it was fine and a good value for a clean, inexpensive and convenient place to spend one night.
