There was black mold in the corners of the shower, nothing to write with, note pad or pen, no bedside table had to use a chair. The thermostat was hanging off the wall. It sure didn't feel like the price we paid was worth it, could have stayed at a motel six and had better accomodations.

Always as expected. Same breakfast at every location, same property upkeep, same amenities, etc. There’s something to be said for the predictability of IHG properties.

Roaches and lots of issues
We had lots of problems. The worst was seeing a roach in the bathroom. The shower curtain was falling apart and did not fit the bathtub. Our keys stopped working on the 2nd day. When I went down to get it fixed I had to wait 20 min for anyone to show up at the desk. When I got back up to the room house keeping had not cleaned our room. I tried to call down for towels only to find that the telephones did not work. I went back down only to wait for someone to shop up again! I reported the phone issue and was assured it would be fixed the next day. It was not. We were here for 4 nights that was 4 nights too long.
We were not happy and will not be back. We have family in the area and stay often. Next time we will try another hotel.

Only complaint was the room felt damp with a/c but it was a 100 degree day. Breakfast was fine and bed was comfortable. Only stayed 1 night.

Do not book here.
Bed had bugs, microwave didn’t work, domestic dispute next door, doors slamming all night. Breakfast was disgusting, rude front desk staff, dirty bathroom. They called me the day before and told me if I didn’t prepay for my room the reservation would be canceled THEN charged another reservation incidental fee at check in.

My family and I were in town for a football camp, so the property served its purpose. Extra towels were not readily available but overall out stay was nice.

Disappointed; Won't stay at Holiday Inn again
Extremely disappointed with the cleanliness, upkeep, food and service at this location especially considering the price.
