The staff at the front desk was not available sometimes. The fire alarm went off 4 times in a 10 hour period and woke us up 3 of the times. The cleaning crew did a great job and even helped me when no one else was at the front desk.

Good location downtown Fort Smith. Resturants and bars are walkable. Rooms are needing updated and just an average hotel.

Mattress Wear
Bedroom mattress, when I laid on the bed, you could tell is was worn because I sank on one side and the other side was firm.

My bed was fantastic. Everything was great. It was weird that my room had a mini fridge to keep food cold but no microwave to heat it back up. Other than that, it was a cozy stay

Nice visit.
I was a little surprised that there was no complimentary breakfast. It was okay, we brought muffins in our travel bag. But the cheapest, least accommodating motels out there provide a complimentary breakfast. I would think that a class outfit like Courtyard would out-do themselves in that area.

I have stayed at this location before and I must say that the roomI had was not what I had experienced before, the drapes were mismatched, the closet door was off track and the bathroom floor was clean but at first glance it looked like it needed to be cleaned, I assumed it was the color of the tiles., the shower door creaked and wouldn’t stay closed. The front desk staff was amazing, despite the fact that the system was down.
