Perfect! Stay was friendly and greeted me every time they saw me. The only issue I had was the janitor would not leave us clean towels after I asked her twice! Great stay!

Home Away from Home
I loved the kitchen set up. It was clean , great use of space, and cozy.. I have copied the idea of having my kitchen island replaced with the extra two glass stovetops. . That’s a fantastic idea for mass cooking when I have my large family over.
It would be even nicer to have a small two seater table or bar setup for eating. Perhaps a smaller fridge would work.
Additionally, free laundry, included! I was overwhelmed. I have stayed in many different hotels (expensive) during my travels and had pay for my laundry cleaning.
Thank you Candlewood for your hospitality and intuitiveness to making my hotel stay a place where I felt comfortable and at home away from home.

Check-in was quick and easy. Staff was very friendly and helpful with local attractions and locally owned restaurants and cafes. Property is in a good location to the hot spots. Would definitely choose to stay there again

The facility was very clean and modern. Hot Springs doesn't have a lot of Modern Hotels to select from. It is in a safe area. I was able to book it the same day I needed it for . Very friendly check in staff. Although there was a line the front desk people kept apologizing for the wait which really wasn't that long.

Was expecting a continental breakfast. Kitchen in room was useless for us. Stayed 2 nights and was expecting them to tidy room between nights. They didnt do and I had to go after fresh towels.
