Front desk attendant got us moved quickly. Appreciative of her.
The rooms also felt very dated and furniture was very used looking and broken in heavily.

Staff was good. The $250 hold for incidentals is unacceptable and to be charged for parking in that area is just a money grab. Terrible coffee. Great omelet guy but that is where the goodness of the food ended.

I experienced multiple issues during my stay. The hotel had a text system where they'd asked how things were, to which I sent my grievances twice, and received no response.

My family and I had a great experience at this hotel. We were in town for a funeral and we arrived early in the morning the day of the funeral after driving 11 hours, they allowed us to check in early without penalties (early check in fee), they were very understanding to the fact that we had to get ready for the funeral. Overall the hotel was decent. Breakfast was good. The omelette station was the highlight. The property needs to be updated. Rooms are old and carpet and furniture is stained. The rooms need to be cleaned a little better. Cleaners should be more detailed about the cleaning. It was okay for an overnight stay but if I had to stay longer, I would have stayed elsewhere.
