Facility was just fine, when I got there with reservation Doubletree has no record of me. Not sure if it was a hotel issue or an ******* issue but it took a out an hour of sitting in the lobby while they got it sorted out

Worst excuse for a hotel ever. We were there for a play, there were people there for comicon , and football... there was no services open, no food, no bar... nothing.

Check in staff was great. Property is a bit tired. Tub did not drain properly. Very small room with no refrigerator. Okay for a quick one night stay. Great view of the river from our room.

Rooms are misleading, balcony nasty and only gave us two face towels per day, after different events and being hot we like to freshen up. Overall stay I would not recommend.

The room, property, and staff were wonderful. The parking attendants were horrible. We were screamed at and refused parking even though the front desk let them know we were arriving. Absolutely awful treatment by parking attendants
