Wouldn’t book again but it was nice enough for the time we stayed. Hotel room wasn’t as clean as was expected. Staff is very friendly.

It was great. They brought us a play pen and i am in a wheelchair right now and had no problem with the space of anything it was all plenty wide enough the only thing is they didn't make the shower accessible.

Overall, nice stay relatively quiet, but there’s a lot of construction going on so there was not as much cleanliness or options for rooms. However, it was a great place to stay thank you. the staff was very accommodating

Checked in late evening. Went to brush my teeth and wash my face. Turned hot water to find dark brown water, looked like coffee. Tried cold tap with same results. Eventually turned a light tan rust color but pressure at a trickle. Call front desk 7 times, in house and outside line, would never pick up. Called ******* customer service, they had same experience. Notified front desk of all issues but refused to discount or comp room because it was a non refundable room. So keep this in mind before you book anywhere. Wish I had. Terrible customer service from facility manager.
