Great rooms and location but it’s the staff that make the difference at this hotel. Rosie, Mary, Candace and Keke were absolutely amazing! We had a small issue, not with the hotel, and they went above and beyond to help when they didn’t have too. Excellent staff!!

Staff was okay. Later arrival, didn’t finish putting code in for parking so we had to return to the front desk to remedy the situation. The cafe was out of most everything once the worker finally returned to the counter after we waited awhile then asked the bar tender who was too busy chatting with a diner, then the coffee machine in the room was broken. No coffee in the lobby for guests and the Starbucks drip was not good either. Won’t be choosing Marriott again any time soon. Second poor Marriott stay in under a week.

There was no breakfast when I went downstairs to get breakfast. They said they couldn’t make anything because of the staff didn’t show up for work that day. Instead, I bought two coffees one for my wife and one for me and I bought banana muffin. We then had to go and find somewhere else to get breakfast which was very inconvenient in a town you’re not familiar with. Also, the shower had very little pressure. No place to park except for underground parking and that was another $11. In my opinion, we will not be staying here again, unless it is the very last resort.

Breakfast is not free you have to pay for your own breakfast and there is not a large menu. It’s like a coffee bar with muffins and stuff like that. There is no free breakfast so whatever the bull crap they tell you is a lie.. also streetside Park is only good till 8 AM so you’re basically forced unless you’re leaving at 8 AM in the morning and most people don’t to pay for the $20 garage fee. They leave this out too and you don’t get your money

Room was cleaned every day and the room was huge. TV was clear and easy to set up our Amazon. Staff was all very nice.

Staff were courteous and friendly. Room was clean. Furniture broken down. Loud when trying to sleep. When ppl open their doors it sounds like someone trying to break in to your room. Ran lawn equipment very early and that also disturbed sleep.

I would 10000% recommend this hotel, when I first checked in , I didn’t get the balcony room, I called and the lovely lady immediately changed my room to the correct room. Which was clean and huge!! Ugh I did not want to leave the room ! I enjoyed sitting on the balcony people watching and watching the sunset and fall!
The room and hotel was beautiful! And clean and MODERN! Right next to flying fish and some nice upscale/ casual restaurants! If I ever come back to Arkansas! I’ll be staying here
Plenty of street parking with a few from 8am-6pm and the hotel parking is only like $11.00 a night
