Our room was very clean. However, on Saturday morning I found the room was missing blow dryer. I was about ready to walk down to the front desk to ask for one, when one of the maids saw the look on my face and asked me if I needed anything. Through Google translate I told her my room was missing a blow dryer. She responded through Google translate that she would notify her Supervisor at once. I barely returned to my room when there was a knock on my door with a brand new blow dryer! I was profusely thanking her for her super service.

DO NOT GO OUT AFTER DARK! This property is fine during the day, with a little shopping and dining options around. LOOK OUT….after dark, it is NOT safe, although there seemed to be a plethora of police presence. Of course it was a Saturday night, but will probably NOT stay downtown again in LR. OH…..hotel was great with friendly staffers!

The doorman greeted us promptly and was very pleasant and helpful. The front desk clerk on the other hand was unwelcoming to the point of being sullen, did not greet us when we entered and spoke in mumbled monosyllables. Obviously having a bad day.

Very friendly staff, easy parking, walkable shopping and dining. Would definitely stay again!

Easy in, easy out!
The room was huge and clean. The front desk help was super friendly. And the parking was covered and included. Couldn’t have been better.

Hotel was great. Unfortunately it was a Sunday and 99% of the shops and restaurants were closed 😔
