The staff was very friendly and welcoming how ever the rooms need some special attention the room was not cleaned well I had no face towels it smell like something was burning the entire time and when I was packing to leave I noticed how dirty and unkempt the mattress was if I would've noticed before I wouldn't have stayed and the walls in the rest room were very dirty there was even some writing on the walls probably wont be staying again its a shame though because its rare that you find as friendly of a staff 5 stars definitely for the hospitality

Place is very dirty. We had to go to the front desk 3 times as the key to door did not work. Staff did not apologized until I mentioned I was going to write a review. I will not stay again at this place.

It took 15 minutes for the hot water, the coffee machine was broken, the coffee in the buffet was cold, the bowed shower curtain put water all over the floor and the breakfast was fair.

I was horrified how filthy the bathroom fixtures, carpet, and how musty the room smelled! The area setup for breakfast was totally yuky!!!
It did not represent online photos and ratings at all!!!

Desk chairs are a serious hazard
The desk chair in that room is very dangerous. When I sat in it, I immediately fell backward onto the floor. The very same thing happened on my previous stay in a different room. It also appeared that the side lever to adjust the chair was broken in both cases. I would be concerned if an elderly or disabled person sat in chair it could result in serious injury. The chairs need to be fixed, replaced or moved out.
Note: I did not say anything to management about it while I was there but it occurred to me that I should have when I got this survey.

Pay the extra $24
The front desk staff was very nice and accomodating. The building is older and in need of some TLC: the ac unit didn't work well, drains were slow, the hallway was hot and smelled all weekend, trash was left in the hall for over 24 hours, and there were stains on the blanket and couch. In my opinion, it wasn't worth the $24 savings per night.
