Property was a little worn, but clean. Booked property in May because it had a pool, only to find out days before our stay that the pool was closed for all of July.

Carts missing
I really enjoyed my stay. I always stay at Hilton hotels because I'm a Hilton Honors member. The only thing I have to say about this property is they only had one cart for carrying luggage to your room and that cart had a bad wheel, so when I checked out there was no cart I guess a guest had it in there room. Had it been more than one the other guest would have been serviced better, other than that it was a great hotel. Please invest in more carts at least 4 would be great.

When we’ve stayed at the Hampton Inn in the past, it was much nicer - fancier/updated, the staff was super friendly and went above and beyond for guests, the pool was clean, etc. This stay was very average, staff was nice but did not go above and beyond, the pool was a huge disappointment - green and not maintained but nothing was stated about the pool being closed on the website.

Location was convenient for me. Front desk staff were professional but less friendly than the rest of the people I met in Little Rock.
Hotel is clean and breakfast was typical to above.

Staff great; room dirty
I have stayed at this Hampton Inn many times in the past, but this time my room was dirty, many tiles missing in the bathroom, the shower had hairs all over from previous guests, the walls, lampshades & chair were covered in stains and tears. Several of the outlets had no power and 1 had a burn mark around it. The carpet in the hallway of 2nd floor had many tears. I stayed 2 nights and housekeeping never cleaned the room.
However, the staff and front desk person were all very professional and friendly!
