From check in to out-GREAT STAY!
Clean, comfy room! Shower pressure was wonderful! Check in was smooth! The lady at the desk was so kind! Only issue we had was the fire alarms going off at 2:30 in the morning. Not the hotels fault-& how they covered it was spot on. They took it very seriously & a firetruck came in & gave the all clear to go back in our rooms. I felt safe!
Breakfast was so good! My kid loved the chocolate milk! The free choc chip cookies was a bonus! Will stay here again!

Vacation
Pillows need to be more comfortable, there was some hair on the bathroom floor, elevators were super slow. Staff was pretty friendly for the most part.

My initial room had a busted AC unit but they moved me rooms with no issue and promptly. Very helpful.
