We lived in Arkansas forever but moved to Texas to be closer to family. We always stayed at the Holiday Inn, it was clean, nice everywhere in the hotel that we went. This time I was very disappointed. We got put in a room that pets could stay in, the chair was nasty, the room smelled like dirty dogs, the bed skirt had something on it and the bathroom wasn't clean. It didn't look like that the area behind the toilet hadn't been cleaned in quite some time. We've never considered anywhere else to stay but we won't be staying there anymore.
Sorry for the negative attitude but we were so disappointed.

Koko at the front desk was great. Parking was easy and convenient. The room had an odd smell was the only thing. The rooms are kind of dated.

非常令人失望
首先，空调坏了。我们到达并入住时，房间温度高达80华氏度（约27摄氏度）。我打电话叫维修人员过来（等了一会儿），确认是整个酒店都出现了问题，维修人员会尽力解决。维修人员人很好，尽力了，但房间温度并没有太大变化。为了弥补这个缺陷，他们给了我们一个箱式风扇，虽然有点用，但效果不大。我们听其他住户说他们也有同样的经历，即使是住在较高楼层的人，也不得不开着窗户才能熬过一整夜。此外，热水浴缸完全坏了，这也是我们选择这家酒店的主要原因之一。另外，早餐的宣传也存在问题，因为原本说是包含在房费里的，但早上去的时候，他们告诉我必须点餐，除非我有代金券，而且每人15美元，这应该是标准包含的。最后，我想说酒店本身需要一些翻新，因为有些地方（尤其是房间）感觉非常陈旧，有一种我称之为“90年代老酒店”的感觉。大堂还不错，但酒店的其他部分需要一些整修。总的来说，非常令人失望。
