The staff was not the friendliest of staff. I normally never have issues but they were not very welcoming. We checked into our room and the left for our party. We arrived back at the hotel very late and our rooms ac didn’t work. Had to go down stairs and have our room changed and it was like we were bothering her. They were finally able to move us rooms but this should not have ever been an issue to start with.

They had no water bottles anywhere in the facility. Check in receptionist lacked people skills . Check out receptionist was great.

We were greeted cheerfully by Olivia, who made us feel very welcome. Like all HIE's, this one is clean and comfortable, with great amenities. HIE' is our first choice for en route accommodations.

有一件事我既不关心也不理解，那就是我们的浴室里只有 2 条毛巾。我和前台谈过，她说浴室里只放了 2 条。我以前从未听说过。
