Front desk was very helpful. Listened to another quest sounding like they was about to come through the ceiling and they took care of it promptly when I called the front desk

Great place to stay-quiet, good breakfast
Room was QUIET! AC worked with option for continuous fan. Breakfast was good and
the coffee was excellent. Of course.. cinnamon rolls were available, delicious and warm. Rooms are spacious. Really enjoyed our stay

The room was clean and well staffed with towels and soap items. Beds were clean and comfortable.
The only real problem was the shade on the window was torn/ stuck down so you couldn’t open it to look out,

The staff was not the friendliest of staff. I normally never have issues but they were not very welcoming. We checked into our room and the left for our party. We arrived back at the hotel very late and our rooms ac didn’t work. Had to go down stairs and have our room changed and it was like we were bothering her. They were finally able to move us rooms but this should not have ever been an issue to start with.

They had no water bottles anywhere in the facility. Check in receptionist lacked people skills . Check out receptionist was great.

有一件事我既不关心也不理解，那就是我们的浴室里只有 2 条毛巾。我和前台谈过，她说浴室里只放了 2 条。我以前从未听说过。
