酒店很干净，我住得很舒服。
我在半夜多次被开门、关门的声音和说话的声音吵醒。
清洁人员会在早上 8 点左右来，所以如果你要出去晚了，我认为在门上留言是个好主意。

The staff was rude and during a conversation about an urgent request kept siting the policy and stated that no one higher in management would tell me anything different.
